Police charge two over match-fixing

Two men have been charged in the UK as part of an investigation into alleged football match-fixing, the National Crime Agency (NCA) said today.

The Crown Prosecution Service’s Organised Crime Division is satisfied it is in the public interest to authorise charges of conspiracy to defraud, an NCA spokesman said.
