McCarthy 'delighted to be back in the Premier League'

James McCarthy insists he will head into the Republic of Ireland’s World Cup qualifier against Sweden with no added pressure on his young shoulders after his £13m switch to Everton.

The 22-year-old midfielder joined his international team-mates on the training pitch in Malahide on Tuesday morning just hours after completing a deadline-day switch from Wigan to Goodison Park.
