Swansea striker Michu will undergo a late fitness test on his ankle problem to determine his availability for the New Year’s Day meeting with Aston Villa at the Liberty Stadium.
The Spaniard missed the 2-1 win at Fulham but is in with a chance of being involved against Villa, while Angel Rangel is also a doubt with a calf problem.
