Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli will miss the champions’ Premier League clash with Reading this weekend after suffering from a virus.

Captain and defender Vincent Kompany (groin) is hoping to prove his fitness while midfielders James Milner (hamstring) and Gareth Barry (suspension) return.
