Monaco chief executive Tor-Kristian Karlsen has confirmed his club is exploring a possible deal for David Beckham.

Beckham’s five-year stay with Major League Soccer franchise the Los Angeles Galaxy comes to an end this weekend and, at first glance, a move to the second tier of French football may seem an unlikely fit for the former England captain.
