Roman Abramovich could face a fan backlash tonight if he makes Rafael Benitez his ninth manager at Chelsea.

Abramovich has reportedly turned to former Liverpool boss Benitez having sacked Roberto Di Matteo following the European champions’ crushing defeat at Juventus yesterday evening.
