Alex Ferguson still believes Paul Scholes has no equal as a Premier League midfield destroyer.

Scholes celebrated his 38th birthday yesterday and is in the reckoning to make his 706th Manchester United appearance when the Red Devils take on Norwich at Carrow Road.
