An aide to Mohamed Bin Hammam, the former FIFA presidential candidate, has been suspended by FIFA’s ethics committee for allegedly failing to co-operate with an ongoing investigation.

An aide to Mohamed Bin Hammam, the former FIFA presidential candidate, has been suspended by FIFA’s ethics committee for allegedly failing to co-operate with an ongoing investigation.

Najeeb Chirakal, who works for the Qatar FA, has been banned for two months or until he co-operates with the proceedings, whichever comes first, according to a media statement released by football’s world governing body.
