Rangers prepare to offer shares to fans

Rangers fans could be asked to register their interest in a share issue as early as next month.

The Rangers board have in recent weeks appointed Cenoks Securities as brokers for their initial public offering (IPO) while Capita have been contracted to deal with supporters enquiries and for registration purposes.
