Manchester United's Dimitar Berbatov is reportedly on the verge of signing for Fulham, according to Juventus director general Giuseppe Marotta.

The 31-year-old Bulgarian looked set for a switch to Fiorentina yesterday, having agreed terms with the Viola and been asked to head to Florence for a medical.
