Chelsea 'in £25m Oscar transfer'

It is understood that Chelsea have secured the biggest transfer of the summer so far with the signing of Brazilian hot prospect Oscar from Internacional.

Reports suggest a £25m (€32m) deal to sign the 20-year-old midfielder has been agreed.
