Irish teams face Icelandic trips in Europa League

St Patrick's Athletic and Bohemians face trips to Iceland in the Europa League qualifiers.

The Saints face IBV Vestmannaeyjar who they beat in the first qualifying round of last year’s competition, while Bohs will play Thor Akureyri from the country's second division.

The first round games will take place on July 5 and 12.

Earlier, Shamrock Rovers were drawn against FK Ekranas from Lithuania in the Champions league second qualifying round.

The times and dates for the two legs have yet to be confirmed but the Hoops will be at home in the first game.

Sligo Rovers are in the second round draw which will be made at 1.30pm.
