Holt confirms Norwich exit plans

Norwich have been dealt another blow after captain Grant Holt reaffirmed his intention to leave Carrow Road ahead of the new Barclays Premier League season.

City are already braced to lose manager Paul Lambert, with their decision to reject his resignation yesterday unlikely to prevent him from eventually joining Aston Villa.
