QPR midfielder Joey Barton has been banned for 12 matches by the Football Association following his red card at Manchester City.

QPR midfielder Joey Barton has been banned for 12 matches by the Football Association following his red card at Manchester City.

Barton had a personal hearing today after the Football Association charged him with two acts of violent conduct following his dismissal on the final day of the Barclays Premier League season at the Etihad Stadium.
