Parker could return for Spurs

Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker is making a good recovery from his ankle injury and should be fit for Sunday’s Premier League game at Aston Villa.

Kyle Walker broke a toe during Wednesday’s win over Bolton but will play against Villa after having a pain-killing injection.

Ledley King could miss out again with his knee problem and long-term absentees Niko Kranjcar (knee), Tom Huddlestone (ankle), Michael Dawson (ankle) and Benoit Assou-Ekotto (shoulder) remain sidelined.
