Thomas Sorensen will reclaim Stoke’s number one jersey from Asmir Begovic for Sunday’s trip to Premier League strugglers QPR.

Boss Tony Pulis confirmed today the Dane will play in the final two games of the season to ensure he is match sharp ahead of the European Championships next month.

Winger Jermaine Pennant (hamstring) and defender Andy Wilkinson (groin) remain doubtful after missing Tuesday’s 1-1 draw with Everton while midfielder Rory Delap (back) is also struggling.

Provisional squad: Begovic, Sorensen, Huth, Shawcross, Upson, Wilkinson, Shotton, Wilson, Woodgate, Whelan, Whitehead, Etherington, Pennant, Delap, Palacios, Jones, Jerome, Crouch, Walters, Fuller.
