Connor denies bust-up was behind Johnson decision

Wolves interim manager Terry Connor insists Roger Johnson’s spat with goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey had no influence on his decision to axe his skipper for the weekend defeat at Stoke.

Central defender Johnson was involved in a flare-up with Hennessey during the home reversal against Bolton the previous week.
