Cooke makes Monaghan return with Drogheda

Mick Cooke will make his first return to Gortakeegan since stepping down to take over at Drogheda United at the beginning of the 2011 season as his side face Monaghan United tonight (kick off: 8pm).

Drogheda have been the surprise packages this term with many former Monaghan players playing major roles in their run of form, but the Louthmen will expect a real test against Roddy Collins’ side, who are still looking for their first win of the new campaign.
