Swans lead at the Cottage

Swansea were on course to record their third successive Barclays Premier League win after establishing a deserved 1-0 half-time lead in their clash at Fulham today.

Buoyed by last week’s stunning 1-0 victory over Manchester City, which followed a 2-0 triumph over Wigan, the promoted side edged the opening period at Craven Cottage thanks to Gylfi Sigurdsson’s 36th-minute goal.
