Takeover bids submitted for Rangers

Paul Murray and Brian Kennedy tonight confirmed they had issued takeover proposals for Rangers ahead of the deadline set by the club’s administrators.

Reports also claim an American consortium has submitted a bid for the Ibrox club on the day Duff and Phelps had asked for first indicative bids.
