Adebayor set to face Gunners

Tottenham forwards Emmanuel Adebayor (knee) and Rafael van der Vaart (calf) have trained this week and are expected to be fit for Sunday’s north London derby at Arsenal.

Benoit Assou-Ekotto (groin) and Luka Modric (illness) missed last week’s FA Cup game but should also be available to play at the Emirates.

Ledley King (knee) faces a late fitness test, Sandro is a major doubt due to a calf injury, and William Gallas (calf) and Tom Huddlestone (ankle) are long-term absentees.
