UEFA have announced they have opened disciplinary proceedings against Porto for “improper conduct” of supporters during the Europa League match against Manchester City last week.

UEFA have announced they have opened disciplinary proceedings against Porto for “improper conduct” of supporters during the Europa League match against Manchester City last week, when City complained of racial abuse towards Mario Balotelli and Yaya Toure.
