New boss Neil Warnock believes Leeds should target the play-offs after watching their thrilling 3-2 comeback victory over Doncaster.

Warnock delivered pep talks to the players before the game and again at half-time, and saw them fight back from 2-0 behind early in the second half to pinch a last-gasp winner.
