McCarthy sacked by Wolves

Mick McCarthy has been sacked as manager of Wolves after five-and-a-half years in charge at Molineux.

Club owner Steve Morgan has ended McCarthy’s reign with yesterday’s 5-1 home defeat to West Brom the final straw.
