Long starts as a substitute for Baggies
West Brom had some key players back in their squad for this afternoon’s Barclays Premier League clash with Norwich at The Hawthorns.
Midfielders Jerome Thomas, Youssouf Mulumbu and Paul Scharner all returned to the starting line-up after injuries, while striker Shane Long, recently sidelined by a back problem, was named as a substitute.
Canaries manager Paul Lambert made five changes to his team, with goalkeeper John Ruddy coming back in for Declan Rudd and Steve Morison replacing Grant Holt - who was on the bench – up front.
