Norwich manager Paul Lambert may have missed Everton’s equaliser in the 1-1 draw at Everton but he was more than happy to leave Goodison Park with a point.
The Scot refused to say where he was when Leon Osman deflected in Royston Drenthe’s shot nine minutes from time to equalise Grant Holt’s 28th-minute opener.
