Arsene Wenger named an experienced Arsenal defence and gave youth a chance in midfield for tonight’s final Champions League Group F match away to Olympiacos.

Lukasz Fabianski comes into goal, behind a rearguard of Johan Djourou, Thomas Vermaelen, Sebastien Squillaci and Andre Santos.

Emmanuel Frimpong, 19, and Francis Coquelin, 20, also started, as did England Under-21 international Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, with Yossi Benayoun the experienced head behind Andrey Arshavin and Marouane Chamakh.

Olympiacos can still qualify behind group winners Arsenal, and welcomed back former Aston Villa defender Olof Mellberg from injury while in-form striker Rafik Djebbour provided the attacking threat.
