Spurs to make changes

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp will ring the changes for tomorrow’s Europa League Group A clash against PAOK Salonika at White Hart Lane.

A knee injury to Roman Pavlyuchenko means Jermain Defoe will start up front, but the England striker is likely to be the only player who started against West Brom that will begin tomorrow’s game.

Sandro, Tom Carroll, Harry Kane and Jake Livermore will play while the likes of Scott Parker, Luka Modric and Emmanuel Adebayor will be rested.
