FAI reveals new League promotion structure

The FAI has confirmed that only one club will be automatically promoted from the Airtricity League First Division next season.

The FAI has confirmed that only one club will be automatically promoted from the Airtricity League First Division next season.

The second placed team will play off against the third placed side for the right to take on the second from bottom side in the Premier Division for place in the top flight.
