Spurs stars set for return

The likes of Scott Parker, Gareth Bale and Rafael van der Vaart will be recalled for Tottenham’s game at Blackburn on Sunday after they were rested for last night’ Europa League win over Rubin Kazan.

Manager Harry Redknapp has major problems in defence, with William Gallas (calf), Michael Dawson (Achilles), Ledley King (groin) and Vedran Corluka (foot) all unavailable.

Aaron Lennon (groin) and Sandro (calf) will be given fitness tests but should be fine to play after they both came through 70 minutes of last night’s 1-0 win, but Tom Huddlestone remains sidelined with a long-term ankle injury.
