Shay Given is reserving judgment on the controversy surrounding former Manchester City team-mate Carlos Tevez.

The Argentina international has been suspended by his club after apparently refusing to come off the substitutes’ bench during the 2-0 Champions League defeat by Bayern Munich last week.
