UCD will be hoping to build on their impressive performance on Monday when they take on Dundalk tonight at the UCD Bowl, kick-off 7.45pm.

The Students enjoyed a 2-0 victory over Bohemians, which effectively ended the Gypsies title challenge.

Seán Harding (groin), Ciarán Nangle (shins), Sean Russell (ribs), Cillian Morison (hip) and Robbie Benson (ankle) are all ruled out for the Students.

Goalkeeper Ger Barron is a doubt as he is struggling with a foot injury.

UCD boss Martin Russell said: "The performance against Bohs was a move in the right direction.

"We are looking to maintain momentum against Dundalk. Injuries continue to have an impact on our squad but the dressing room is full of young hungry players who will look to do well again on Friday night."

Midfielder Dean Bennett and striker Mark Quigley are ruled out for Dundalk through suspension, while Mark Griffin is also missing with an ankle injury.

Eoghan Osborne (fractured tibia), Stephen Maher (fractured metatarsal) and Colin Hawkins (knee) all remain out.
