The Students will be looking to bounce back from Friday’s defeat to Derry City after conceding two late goals to lose 2-1.

UCD’s Sean Harding is suspended, while Graham Rusk and Ciaran Nangle are unavailable due to injury.

John 'Jumbo' Brennan will take charge of the Tribesmen until the end of the season.

The new boss will be looking to kick on after United ended their lengthy losing streak by holding Dundalk to a 2-2 draw on Friday.

Galway remain without long-term injury victim Johnny Keane who is out with a knee injury.

Victor Collins (ankle), Jin Gu Kim (hamstring) and Eric Holland (hamstring) are also ruled out through injury.

Stephen Walsh, Laurence Gaughan and Sean Kelly will all undergo fitness tests ahead of the game.
