Mourinho hits out at Barcelona as brawl investigation launched

Jose Mourinho's tumultuous relationship with Barcelona took another twist yesterday after the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the Real Madrid manager was under investigation for his role in a mass brawl at the end of last week's Spanish Super Cup.

With the Primera Liga season in limbo due to a player striker, Mourinho has taken centre stage after he appeared to put a finger in the eye of Barcelona assistant Tito Vilanova during the Catalan side's 3-2 win.
