City keeper Pantilimon granted work permit

New Manchester City keeper Costel Pantilimon has had his work permit granted.

It means the 24-year-old Romania international has now become manager Roberto Mancini’s fourth signing of the summer, joining as back-up to first choice keeper Joe Hart.
