Wigan chasing Candystripes winger

Derry City winger James McClean is attracting interest from Wigan, according to the Airtricity club’s chairman Philip O’Doherty.

The Latics are in the market for wide midfielders after agreeing a fee to sell Charles N’Zogbia to Aston Villa and having seen Tom Cleverley return to Manchester United after his loan spell ended.
