Pat's go top of table as unbeaten run continues

Danny North's seventh goal in as many games fired St Pat's to the top of the table as they stretched their unbeaten league run to 14 games.

The only goal in a tight game came on 56 minutes when Bray defender Adam Mitchell was sent off for a deliberate handball. Striker North swept the penalty past Matt Gregg.

Pete Mahon's side may have added to their winning margin but for Gregg who made good saves from Evan McMillan and his brother David.

The win, coupled to champions Shamrock Rovers losing in Sligo, sees St Pat's go two points clear at the top of the table, the perfect lift ahead of their Europa League trip to Iceland next week and their visit to Shamrock Rovers on their return.
