Tevez: I will not return to Manchester after I finish contract

Manchester City captain Carlos Tevez claims club owner Sheikh Mansour has told him he can leave Eastlands if he wants to – and says he never plans to return to the area after his contract expires in 2014.

The 27-year-old handed in a transfer request midway through last season amid reports that he was eager to leave England and be closer to his family who do not live with him, but later reversed that decision.
