Privacy row footballer sues Twitter

A footballer is suing Twitter after users of the social networking site claimed to have identified the player who allegedly had an affair with Big Brother’s Imogen Thomas.

The married star, who is referred to as CTB in court documents, is said to have had a “sexual relationship” with the former reality television contestant.
