Sligo Rovers and Derry City go head-to-head in this afternoon’s Airtricity League Premier Division clash at the Showgrounds, kick-off 3pm.
Paul Cook's side went down 2-1 to UCD on Friday and Rovers will be hoping to bounce back from the defeat as they entertain City.
The Bit o’ Red boss will be boosted by the fact that he has no suspension or injury worries ahead of the clash.
Rovers beat Derry 1-0 in the opening game of this season as Aaron Greene struck a late winner at The Brandywell.
Alan Kirby, Daryl Horgan, Matthew Blinkhorn and Greene will be pushing for starting roles as Cook may look to freshen his side up on the back of the loss in the UCD Bowl.
Barry Molloy and Ruairi Harkin remain out injured for the Candystripes through injury, while Stewart Greacen also misses out through suspension.
City boss Stephen Kenny said: “I felt we were unlucky to lose to Sligo at the Brandywell at the start of the season. They have had a mixed bag over the last few weeks but no doubt Paul Cook will have them firing on all cylinders for the northwest derby.”
