Bad night all round for Worthington

Northern Ireland boss Nigel Worthington will spend the next two days pondering the cost of last night’s Euro 2012 qualifying defeat to Serbia.

Gareth McAuley’s first-half header put Northern Ireland on course for a memorable victory until the 65th minute in Belgrade, with goals from Marko Pantelic and Zoran Tosic eventually leaving them empty handed.
