Gorman good enough for Serbia start: Worthington

Nigel Worthington has backed Johnny Gorman to flourish for Northern Ireland after handing the 18-year-old an unexpected first competitive start against Serbia tonight.

Worthington has confirmed the Wolves teenager will start on the left of midfield for the Group C clash, with more experienced performers such as Grant McCann and Niall McGinn left on the bench.
