Everton plans hit by delay

Everton’s plans to build a £9m hospitality and retail development have been delayed and the project will now not open until the summer of 2012.

Having failed in their bid to secure a new stadium the Toffees sought to maximise commercial revenue by successfully applying last year for the four-story development at Goodison Park.
