Adam back for Seasiders

Blackpool have been boosted by the return from suspension of captain and playmaker Charlie Adam for today’s crunch Premier League clash with fellow strugglers Blackburn.

Leading scorer DJ Campbell serves the second of a three-game ban but Elliot Grandin, Craig Cathcart and Gary Taylor-Fletcher have all been recalled after injury.

For the hosts, key defender Ryan Nelsen comes straight back into the team after serving a one-game ban while Phil Jones makes the bench after three months out with a knee injury.
