Bray hold Sligo to a draw

Battling Bray showed their mettle for the second week running to frustrate Sligo at the Carlisle Grounds.

Sligo had the better chances in a cracking scoreless draw, but Bray's hard work got its reward.

John Russell rattled the Bray bar with a dipping shot as early as the fifth minute while Wanderers' keeper Matt Gregg saved well from Eoin Doyle.

Sligo continued to enjoy much of the possession, but Bray had their chances as well with John Mulroy shaving a post early in the second half.
