Megson takes reins at Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday have appointed Gary Megson as first-team manager on a three-and-a-half year deal.

The manager spent two separate spells with Wednesday as a player during the 1980s and is reunited with chairman Milan Mandaric, under whom he worked at Leicester City.
