Blackpool manager Ian Holloway will give fitness tests to captain Charlie Adam and midfielder David Vaughan ahead of tomorrow’s Barclays Premier League trip to Everton.

Adam (calf) and Vaughan (knee) both suffered knocks in Wednesday’s 3-1 defeat against West Ham while Stephen Crainey (ankle) is definitely out.

Andy Reid was the only one of Holloway’s four new signings to start at Bloomfield Road in midweek so James Beattie and Jason Puncheon will be hoping to join him but Sergei Kornilenko is not yet match fit.

Provisional squad: Kingson, Eardley, Cathcart, Evatt, Adam, Carney, Phillips, Vaughan, Varney, Taylor-Fletcher, Campbell, Sylvestre, Grandin, Euell, Beattie, Reid, Puncheon, Ormerod, Edwards, Baptiste, Southern, Rachubka, Harewood.
