Mixed news for Irish pair at Wolves

Republic of Ireland and Wolves midfielder Stephen Hunt will be sidelined for two to three weeks with a calf injury suffered in Sunday’s FA Cup clash against Stoke, it has emerged.

Republic of Ireland and Wolves midfielder Stephen Hunt will be sidelined for two to three weeks with a calf injury suffered in Sunday’s FA Cup clash against Stoke, it has emerged.

Irish striker Kevin Doyle has recovered from illness however and should play in tomorrow’s Barclays Premier League clash at Bolton.

Wolves newcomer Jamie O’Hara is also included in the squad.

O’Hara has joined Wolves on loan from Tottenham for the remainder of the season after recovering from a long-term back problem. His last senior appearance was in the FA Cup final when on loan to Portsmouth.

Provisional squad: Hennessey, Hahnemann, Elokobi, Stearman, Henry, Fletcher, Ward, Berra, Jarvis, O’Hara, Milijas, Zubar, Edwards, Craddock, Ebanks-Blake, Doyle, Jones, Vokes, Mouyokolo, Foley.
