Boro lands Hibs star Zemmama

Morocco international Merouane Zemmama has signed for Middlesbrough from Hibernian for an undisclosed fee.

The 27-year-old has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal and has returned to his native country to await the approval of a visa.

Zemmama becomes the club’s second signing of the day after German defender Maximilian Haas arrived from Bayern Munch’s second team.
