Dzeko makes Cup bow

Edin Dzeko was handed his FA Cup debut as Manchester City looked to book a fifth-round place by overcoming League One Notts County at Meadow Lane.

The Bosnian was ineligible for the two tussles with Leicester at the previous stage but he was joined in attack by Jo, although there was no place on the bench for Shaun Wright-Phillips, whose hopes of a move away from City are directly linked to the extent of Adam Johnson’s ankle ligament injury.
